St. Thomas

breakfast
  • eggs
  • biscuit & gravy (the Souther boy in me can't help it, even though the biscuit is hard & gravy lackluster)
  • grits
  • bacon & sausage (overly greasy)
lunch buffet
  • roast chicken
  • salad
  • waldorf salad
  • pork chop (dry)
  • ice tea
  • cabbage soup
dinner @ Vivaldi
  • onion soup
  • shrimp cocktail (even a bad shrimp cocktail's still shrimp cocktail)
  • biryani (not even close but at least the papadum was crisp this time)
  • top sirloin (I ordered it rare & got it medium rare as I'd predicted, still, wasn't that good a cut, lacked that bloody savoriness of a good steak)
  • brownie (not half bad)
snacks @ the lounge
  • various fried foods (never eat fried foods out of a heated pan)
