- biscuit & gravy (the Souther boy in me can't help it, even though the biscuit is hard & gravy lackluster)
- grits
- bacon & sausage (overly greasy)
lunch buffet
- roast chicken
- salad
- waldorf salad
- pork chop (dry)
- ice tea
- cabbage soup
dinner @ Vivaldi
- onion soup
- shrimp cocktail (even a bad shrimp cocktail's still shrimp cocktail)
- biryani (not even close but at least the papadum was crisp this time)
- top sirloin (I ordered it rare & got it medium rare as I'd predicted, still, wasn't that good a cut, lacked that bloody savoriness of a good steak)
- brownie (not half bad)
snacks @ the lounge
- various fried foods (never eat fried foods out of a heated pan)
