- brussell sprouts w/ bacon
- headcheese & mustard on toasted nan bread (it kinda works)
- bread & butter
- fried green tomato salad
- pork "prime rib"
- a taste each of scallop hot browns, bricket, osso bucco & potato & bleu cheese soup
snacks
- peanuts
- pistachios
