lunch @ Chez Delfine on St. Maarten (the food was ok, but you can't beat eating lunch on the dock with your toes in the sand and a lazy island duo covering ben E. King)

• vegetable panini (veg a little overcooked, the bread pleasantly crusty)
  
• fries

dinner @ Vivaldi

• duck consomme (tasted exactly like the chicken consomme)
  
• mushroom tart
  
• lobster & shrimp (shrimp don't deserve to be overcooked like this!)
  
• dessert trio (chocolate cake, soaked ladyfinger, terrible cheesecake)

snacks @ the Lounge

• canapes
  
• vegetable crudite

late snack via room service
