lunch @ Chez Delfine on St. Maarten (the food was ok, but you can't beat eating lunch on the dock with your toes in the sand and a lazy island duo covering ben E. King)
- vegetable panini (veg a little overcooked, the bread pleasantly crusty)
- fries
dinner @ Vivaldi
- duck consomme (tasted exactly like the chicken consomme)
- mushroom tart
- lobster & shrimp (shrimp don't deserve to be overcooked like this!)
- dessert trio (chocolate cake, soaked ladyfinger, terrible cheesecake)
snacks @ the Lounge
- canapes
- vegetable crudite
late snack via room service
- chicken drummettes
- veggie plate
- chorizo dip & chips
