Curacao
breakfast buffet (chose variety over convenience)
- ham
- bacon
- biscuits & gravy
- grits
- pancake
- eggs w/ ham & cheese
- apple juice (thought I'd grabbed ice tea)
lunch @ Le Petite Gourmet in Curacao
- crab salad sanwich (savory & light in a crusty wheat baguette)
- grilled cheese (excellent w/ a tasty Dutch cheese, the kids hated it, oh well)
- lemon ice tea
dinner @ Vivaldi
- chicken consomme
- crab & shrimp salad (needed acid)
- penne (w/ a ketchup-like sauce) w/ shrimp, mussels & scallops (seemingly just dropped on top, not even tossed)
- aloo gobi
- chocolate cake
snacks via room service
- chicken drummettes
- nachos w/ chorizo & cheese dip
- salad
- peanut butter cookie
