Curacao

breakfast buffet (chose variety over convenience)
  • ham
  • bacon
  • biscuits & gravy
  • grits
  • pancake
  • eggs w/ ham & cheese
  • apple juice (thought I'd grabbed ice tea)
lunch @ Le Petite Gourmet in Curacao
  • crab salad sanwich (savory & light in a crusty wheat baguette)
  • grilled cheese (excellent w/ a tasty Dutch cheese, the kids hated it, oh well)
  • lemon ice tea
dinner @ Vivaldi
  • chicken consomme
  • crab & shrimp salad (needed acid)
  • penne (w/ a ketchup-like sauce) w/ shrimp, mussels & scallops (seemingly just dropped on top, not even tossed)
  • aloo gobi
  • chocolate cake
snacks via room service
  • chicken drummettes
  • nachos w/ chorizo & cheese dip
  • salad
  • peanut butter cookie
