Food Journal Feb 3, 2009


breakfast
  • the usual
lunch
  • leftover frisee & fennel salad
  • jellyfish salad
  • Korean ramen w/ shitakes, seaweed knots, dried shrimp, fake crab, fish cakes, napa, broccoliflower, 
dinner
  • leftover mushroom pasta w/ new brussel sprout pasta
  • frisee & fennel salad w/ a slice of tomatoe (which didn't quite work, and I sorely missed the pine nuts & bacon)
  • beignets (trying to make them more fluffy, ended up making them more misshapen)
snacks
  • headcheese, serrano ham & bread
