- the usual
lunch
- leftover frisee & fennel salad
- jellyfish salad
- Korean ramen w/ shitakes, seaweed knots, dried shrimp, fake crab, fish cakes, napa, broccoliflower,
dinner
- leftover mushroom pasta w/ new brussel sprout pasta
- frisee & fennel salad w/ a slice of tomatoe (which didn't quite work, and I sorely missed the pine nuts & bacon)
- beignets (trying to make them more fluffy, ended up making them more misshapen)
snacks
- headcheese, serrano ham & bread
