breakfast
- frozen waffles w/ butter & syrup
- tea
lunch @ Mitchell's Fish Market in Cincinnati
- cajun tilapia w/ shrimp & rice, mushrooms & green beans
- "kung pao" fried calamari (one of the better renditions of the sometimes tired staple)
- a taste or two of my companions' scallops (very good but could use more sear), seared ahi tuna (very fresh sitting in some sesame oil/soy w/ a hint of wasabi)
- bread
dinner
- Korean ramen (a brand I'd never seen before bought from Jungle Jim's) w/ shitakes, fish cake, fake crab, seaweed, spinach, broccoliflower, scallions
- jellyfish salad
- gluten
snacks
- a coke (trying to give up but if there's one in the house...)
- BBQ beef jerky from JJ's (mmm...)
