breakfast
- frozen waffles w/ butter & honey
- tea (let's just assume I have this every morning & I'll only post if it differs)
lunch
- pasta w/ spinach, garlic & hog jowl bacon (pasta was a mix of bowtie, totini & shells, the bacon was some of the best I've ever had - from JJ's, natch)
- olives
dinner
- sashimi tuna cubes marinated in sesame oil & soy sauce (not at all successful, the tuna taste kinda weird & too chewy, didn't marinate long enough)
- frisee & fennel salad w/ bacon, pine nuts & olives (simple lemon juice, olive oil & salt dressing, the bacon & pine nuts give it that extra something)
- pasta w/ mixed exotic mushrooms (shitake, morel, chanterelle & porcini) I overcooked the pasta slightly
- beignets

snacks
- crackers & a couple cubes of cheese @ Co-Op (I can't stand 95% of what the other parents bring for snack @ Co-Op, everything's out of a box or a can. Eh.)
- pistachios
- peanuts
- more jerky
