breakfast
- cereal
- little of everything
- amuse bouche of poached shrimp, bacon-fried bay leaf & toast point (gotta use Japanese bread next time)
- chilled sweet pepper and tomato soup (very nice on a hot night)
- cumin dusted scallop, fennel and grapefruit salad (too sour, should've hunted down blood oranges)
- wild mushroom risotto (7 mushrooms!)
- mixed fruit romanoff (a little too much whipped cream & would've looked better in wine glasses
- Jarritos soda
