lunch
- 8-ingredient ramen
- seaweed salad
- tea eggs
dinner
- shrimp cocktail (perfected!)
- pulled pork sandwiches (slow grilled for 3.5 hours, a little too crusty but tasty!)
- potato salad (need to roast potatoes longer & use more dressing, a little dry)
- fruit Romanoff (raspberries were mushy, otherwise great)
