Food Journal Apr 5, 2009

lunch
  • 8-ingredient ramen
  • seaweed salad
  • tea eggs
dinner
  • shrimp cocktail (perfected!)
  • pulled pork sandwiches (slow grilled for 3.5 hours, a little too crusty but tasty!)
  • potato salad (need to roast potatoes longer & use more dressing, a little dry)
  • fruit Romanoff (raspberries were mushy, otherwise great)
