- 7 ingredient ramen
- kimchee
- seaweed salad
dinner
- shrimp cocktail w/ homemade cocktail sauce (needed a little kick, horseradish maybe)
- handmade tagliatelle (slightly undercooked) w/ sun-dried tomato & Italian sausage (the 3rd pass at this dish, still a little hit & miss)
- raspberries (and strawberries) Romanoff (letting the creme de casis soak was a good idea, whipping the cream w/ an immersion blender was not)
snacks
- Whole Foods 365 "Spicy Thai" potato chips (one-note spicy, not at all Thai)
