clementines (the Moroccan kind we like)

non-spicy kimchee
dried morel mushrooms (pricey but worth it)
dried black trumpet mushrooms
challah (holla!) bread
3 types of salami
headcheese
3 different bottles of lambic/cider (the only beers I enjoy)
sea scallops
assorted olives
strawberries
mini cream horn
crackers
apple corer
dried orrichiette
truffle oil
and last but not least...
a dutch oven (let the braising begin!)
