  • leftover handmade tagliatelle in mushroom cream sauce

  • burgoo (nice, if salty, stew better suited as an entree than an app)
  • lobster bisque (complex & rich, again too salty)
  • lobster & fennel salad (essentially my fennel & orange salad w/ a nice creamy sauce & slivers of tender claw meat)
  • pork chop w/ green tomato relish & green beans (delectable cut of pork cooked near perfectly w/ a tart relish
  • pistachio ice cream
snacks
  • clementines
