Food Journal Jun 9, 2009

breakfast
  • toast
lunch
  • coldcut sandwich (Mexican roll, misc meats from tapas night)
  • leftover roasted peppers, cucumbers
dinner w/ Kimberly & Johnny
  • fried catfish (a consistent hit, it's the whole-grain mustard in the marinade that makes it)
  • spoonbread (turned out very nicely)
  • collards & spinach w/ raisins & pine nuts (surprisingly, I liked the raisins in this)
  • Jarritos
