- toast
- coldcut sandwich (Mexican roll, misc meats from tapas night)
- leftover roasted peppers, cucumbers
- fried catfish (a consistent hit, it's the whole-grain mustard in the marinade that makes it)
- spoonbread (turned out very nicely)
- collards & spinach w/ raisins & pine nuts (surprisingly, I liked the raisins in this)
- Jarritos
