lunch
- 7-ingredient ramen
- stir-fried eggs & chives & spinach (all locally farmed)
- preserved vegetables
- pork & lamb soup/stew (very nice hint of spice)
- a taste of salad (slathered w/ cloying sweet dressing that overwhelmed the bitter greens)
- seared ahi tuna (the sesame seed crust was a bit pedestrian) w/ Chinese style noodles & shrimp (well done but didn't work as a sauce for the tuna)
- chocolate fondue (way too heavy as a dessert & votive candle was too weak to keep the chocolate hot)
- crackers & goat cheese
