- chips & homemade guacamole
- crispy flatbreads (gotta get me some of these from Fresh Market) w/ goat cheese
- roasted chicken & vegetables over cous cous
- donut
- appetizer platter w/ hummus, babaganouj, grape leaves & pita (dry store-bought pita, yuck!)
- fatoosh salad
- Oasis platter (slightly tough beef stewed w/ eggplant & other vegetables over rice)
