- lobster bisque (complex & rich, again too salty)
- lobster & fennel salad (essentially my fennel & orange salad w/ a nice creamy sauce & slivers of tender claw meat)
- pork chop w/ green tomato relish & green beans (delectable cut of pork cooked near perfectly w/ a tart relish
- pistachio ice cream
