breakfast
- cereal
- 7-ingredient ramen
- preserved vegetables
- fried eggs
- endive cups w/ blue cheese, strawberry jam & toasted pecans (ala Elisa)
- caprese salad
- fried celery (a Mario recipe but I will parcook them less next time)
- lagasna Bolognese (from scratch, took 3 hours but well worth it. Probably one of the best things I've ever made)
