breakfast
- cereal
- big combo bowl of pho (1. nothing better than fishing for that last bit of tripe in the soup, 2. the waitress/owner asking me, "the usual?")
- chicken skewer
- tea
- olives
- prosciutto & poached pears (the former paper-thin & delicious from Liquor Barn, the latter a little weak as I did not check the recipe on this, my 2nd attempt)
- caprese salad (chopped local tomatoes & so-so mozzarella balls in olive oil from Kroger)
- sausage & 3-cheese agnolotti in mushroom sauce (I need to work on the presentation/appearance of the filled pasta so they don't lose shape/fall apart
- desserts from Fresh Market (Happy Birthday Francesc!)
- Jarritos
