lunch
- grilled sausage
- grilled corn
- grilled zucchini & squash
- poached pears wrapped in prosciutto (from Kroger, tasted like dry ham)
- fennel & orange salad w/ seared scallop (need new mandolin for cutting fennel, scallops from Lex Seafood Co. were great)
- monkfish scallopine (cooked in $10 Spanish wine, not too bad)
- horse beans
